The Small Print

  1. The copyright of all images remains with the photographer (in this case Michael Walter/Troika).
  2. Please feel free to post any images supplied widely on your personal social media (mentioning my website if you can). But please ask me first should you want to publish or reprint in any other form.
  3. I reserve the right to use any images shot in promotional material for this website and my service.
  4. Any payment you make from this website will appear on your credit/debit card account as being made to Troika Productions.
  5. Dogportraits.studio and Troika Productions are trading names of Troika Photos Ltd, which is a photographic agency I jointly founded in 2000. (If you are interested to know more, our websites are troika.photos and troika.productions).
  6. I do not keep, nor have access to, any of your credit card details. All payments are handled securely by Stripe.
  7. I will offer up to three high quality retouched images of your dog available to view in a private online gallery, from which you may pick one as your included print. The exact number of images to view may vary and depends on how the shoot went.
  8. Any private gallery page provided for the viewing of your images will be made available on a temporary basis. After one month I may take any such page down without warning unless agreed otherwise.
  9. The supplied print will be an archival inkjet (Giclée) print on Hahnemüle Pearl fine art paper. The size 10″x8″ quoted refers to the paper size, which includes a white border: the actual image size will be smaller. See examples on this page.
  10. I can supply extra prints in different formats, sizes or on different materials at reasonable prices. These are not included in the offer price. Please ask for a quote.

Delivery

I will aim to have your personal digital gallery available to view within 3 working days. But I will let you know if more time is required.

The print will be ready 2 working days after you have made your selection. Then please allow 2-5 days for delivery.

Delivery by Royal Mail is included in the price.

Larger prints and special orders may take longer and will incurr a delivery charge.

Returns & Refunds

I really hope you will love the images and/or prints supplied. But should you not, for any reason, I will refund your money (and in the case of a print having been supplied once it has been returned).

Please allow up to 21 days for any refunds to appear on your account.
